This request pertains to trees within the Cooperative's Easement.  Our easement is ten feet in all directions of the Cooperative's lines, poles, guys, anchors, or other facilities. This maintenance request is for smaller sections of line where basic equipment can be used to remove vegetation.

Right-of-Way Maintenance:

This request pertains to trees within the Cooperative's Easement and with at least 100 yards of vegetation that needs to be cleared.  Our easement is limited to ten feet in all directions of the Cooperative's lines, poles, guys, anchors, or other facilities.  Navasota Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. will remove up to fifty feet in all directions with landowner's permission.  Our objective is to remove vegetation that could negatively affect your electric service.  This request is NOT a landscaping request.  Our contractor will pile or windrow debris only.  Members are responsible for removing debris when the service is complete.
