How to update your information
Updating your information is quick and easy:
- Online: Log in to your account at https://ebiz.navasotavalley.com/ Once logged in go to “Profile Management”, click “Accounts” and update your home phone or cell phone number.
- By email: Complete our webform to update home phone, cell phone, Email address, mailing address, and/or physical address. Click submit and an email will be sent directly to our member service representatives.
- In person: Visit your nearest office, and our staff will be happy to assist you.
- By mail: Complete the billing address changes and corrections on the back of your paper statement. Mail back in with your payment.
