Stay Connected: Why Updating Your Contact Information Matters

We love staying in touch with our members and that’s why it’s so important to keep your contact details current. Whether it’s a text message about an outage, a billing reminder, or important updates about your service, having the right phone number, email, and address on file helps us keep you in the loop.

Why it’s important to keep your contact information updated

  1. Faster Outage Reporting

When we have your correct phone number linked to your account, you can quickly report an outage through our automated system.

  1. Receive Real-Time Alerts

We use your cell phone number to send important notifications, including planned maintenance, billing reminders, and outage alerts. Don’t miss out on critical updates that help you stay informed and prepared.

  1. Accurate Service and Billing

Your mailing address is used to send your bill, refund checks, and other official communications.
